Paper Trail began as a tent, a folding table, and a pickup truck full of carefully chosen books. You met us at farmers markets, First Fridays, and school book fairs—and you kept asking the same question: when will you get a real shop?
The answer is now. We’re well on our way toward opening a full brick-and-mortar bookstore in downtown Marysville: warm wooden shelves, a reading nook, our signature bookish goods, and a community space for author nights and story hours.
Independent bookstores don’t appear overnight—they’re seeded by the people who believe in them. Our Founding Backer tiers help us stock the opening shelves and outfit the space, and each one comes with a keepsake and an invitation to be part of the very first chapter.
